The type of personal data collected by Armada Business Park depends on the relationship between the customer, business partner or another natural person with Armada Business Park

    • The right to data portability, i.e., to transfer personal data, understood as the right to request that Armada Business Park directly provide the data concerning the customers, business partners or other natural persons to the customers, business partners or other natural persons. This right applies to specific personal data if they are processed by automated means and upon the consent of the customers, business partners or other natural persons or under a contract signed with Armada Business Park.
    • The right to restriction of processing, i.e., the right to request that Armada Business Park restrict or cease the processing of the personal data retained for a specific time or for an indefinite period.     • The right to withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time, e.g., after giving consent to receive information about the services of Armada Business Park, the customers, business partners, or other natural persons have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of the consent will not have any impact on the compliance of personal data processing done before the withdrawal.

To exercise the rights of the customers, business partners or other natural persons (where appropriate) or to obtain further information about personal data processing by Armada Business Park, please contact the data controller directly.
